	Hello Everyone, I am Claudia Bastiani and I head up the Capital Program for Mastercard across EMEA.
</p>

<p>
	Am interested in hearing from you regarding the intended return to the office.  There has been a lot of Press coverage around Organizations either mandating that the expectation is X days in the office per week to Organizations giving 100% freedom of choice to employees.  What are you seeing in your Org?

	I am reviewing core v flex portfolio balance and rethinking workspace strategy to better align with strategic hybrid working objectives.
</p>

<p>
	Interested to share ideas on modelling competitive advantages of enhanced space flexibility, frictionless traction etc against different size end-user requirements and legacy preference for in-house managed / controlled workspaces.
</p>

<p>
	Are serviced offices / coworking solutions more cost-effective for smaller space requirements or does portfolio diversity / flexibility more than offsets additional long-term expense ?
</p>

<p>
	Any advise how best to customise the SaaS offering to ensure offering aligned with business outcomes ?  Also conscious not all centres are profitable, any experience / advice managing relocations / closure risks ?

	Has health screening become a fact of life ? .. how should we screen employees and visitors entering our buildings or spaces ? ... what scanning processes can be automated ?
</p>

<p>
	All thoughts and ideas welcome!

	When the average home supports the average employee better than the average office, why (if given the choice) would any employee willingly return to an non-commuteworthy, unhealthy offices when they have shown they can fulfil their responsibilities perfectly well from home ?
</p>

<p>
	In light of the high turnover rates facing so many organisations, should organisations scrambling for staff dictate how many days a week employees should be in the office ?  Any advice on balancing RTO messages with the needs, wants and desires of employees ?
