April 10, 20233 yr Admin & Community Support As connected buildings become more deeply incorporated into an organisation's digital ecosystem, workplace personalisation will become more commonplace as IoT sensors start to regularlay monitor behaviour patterns, anticipate needs and automate local settings (e.g. temperature, lighting, desk height etc.). However, in order to create tomorrow's workplace environments, organisations' need to address the challenge of capturing (preferably with employee's permission!) and analysising (AI) huge volumes of workforce and workplace data (... aka your building's digital exhaust). Given challenges stitching together different technologies coupled with AI capabilities needed to analysing huge volume of sensor data, I expect cooperation agreements with a technology partner offer the simpliest way to connect the dots!
