    • Blueprint for a Connected Occupier in a Collaborative World

As organisations embrace an accelerated pace of change, set out decarbonisation pathways and reimagine the future of work, an untapped opportunity exists to help a broad geographic diversity of corporate occupiers discover overlapping interests as well as collaboration, idea-sharing and partnership opportunities.

Stealing with pride lessons from the tech sector, we have launched a social network private beta for in-house corporate real estate practitioners and commercial tenant communities across the world.

Our vision is to unlock networked thinking and collaboration across a fragmented corporate occupier ecosystem.

Our mission is to empower commercial tenants to communicate with peers worldwide on a building by building basis and establish the community and platform where customers of commercial real estate connect to share insights, chat with peers and build on each other's ideas.

Our searchable forum channels provide dedicated spaces to help corporate real estate practitioners find solutions, share ideas and follow discussions in closed and open community environments designed for networking & serendipity.

Occupier members with a common interest in local markets may also source community support on common challenges, user experience and collaboration opportunities by joining one of our market chapters.

Whilst the majority of commercial real estate worldwide is tagged with an occupier, no network has previously existed to connect corporate occupiers based on overlapping property holdings (i.e. tenants in the same building or street).

To help our members find, message and connect with peers, our instant messaging tools support both direct messaging as well as geo-fenced group mailshots filterable according to definable address parameters.

If you are passionate about real estate performance from an occupier's perspective and have not received an invite you can signing-up via LinkedIn, igniting conversations and earn an invite by sharing insights in 'forum channel' discussions.

Occupier members are granted 3 invitations to pass on to other corporate occupiers and active contributors are rewarded with acclaim, titles and extra invitations!

As the make up of the crowd is perhaps the most important criterion for participation and outperformance, membership to our occupier community is by invitation only.
